BLOG: Cool Then Mild…Again

Back at the start of this week, we identified Friday as one of those “cooler, but not necessarily COLDER” days behind this front. And, even though we should see a fair amount of sunshine, wind gusts could be as high as 30 miles per hour, which should start to relax Friday evening.

BLOG: Cool And Damp … For Now

As a cool front continues to push eastward into central Pennsylvania and in upstate New York, a line of showers (albeit weakening as of this writing) is following it.

BLOG: Cool Weekend Ahead

Temperatures should fall through the 60s and into the 50s in most places Friday night as the much cooler air arrives, and then there will be very little recovery occurring Saturday.

BLOG: Windy And Sunny

Much of the viewing area is dry as the system from yesterday exits to the northeast. Skies should be mixed with some clouds and sunshine today on the northern edge of a high over the Southeast.

BLOG: Dry & Comfortable

The Northeast will stay dry and comfortable Friday as high pressure stationed over eastern Canada will allow for this quiet weather to continue one more day.

BLOG: Rain Friday

The regional radar mosaic is showing the bulk of it right now spreading out across eastern portions of the Ohio Valley into western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

BLOG: March Roller Coaster

High pressure located over southeastern Canada is pushing some very chilly air into the mid-Atlantic region. You’ll notice it the minute you step outside early Thursday morning and pretty much throughout the entire day.

BLOG: Drier And Colder

Dry weather will prevail over the next few days, but it’ll also be colder than what many of us have grown accustomed to lately. Temperatures will be no higher than the mid-40s Thursday, Friday and during the upcoming weekend, but there should also be no less than partial sunshine.
