Mayor Rawlings-Blake Appoints New Parks Director
The city of Baltimore has a new director of its department of recreation and parks. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake announced Tuesday that she has named Ernest W. Burkeen Jr. the director of the department. Burkeen’s appointment is effective Dec. 17.
