Smithsonian Parking-Lot Thefts In Va. Exceeded $1M
Authorities have determined that parking-lot employees stole more than $1.5 million from the Smithsonian at the museum’s Udvar-Hazy Air and Space annex in Chantilly, much more than first estimated.
2nd Smithsonian Worker Admits To $400K In Theft
A second former parking lot attendant at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum annex in northern Virginia has pleaded guilty to stealing at least $400,000 in parking fees.
