A downtown street crippled by a sinkhole is back open Wednesday.
Due to heavy downpours over the recent months and additional sinkholes at the site, the sinkhole repair near 2330 Monument Street will not be completed until Dec. 19.

The Baltimore Department of Public Works (DPW) announced on Friday that there was a water main break inside the sinkhole that has closed Monument Street between Bradford and Montford streets.
