Cancer death rates decreased by 1.6 percent from 2000 to 2009.
It’s become one of the biggest events of its kind in the nation, and its all for a good cause. Hundreds of Baltimoreans will lace up their shoes for the sixth annual Great Prostate Cancer Challenge.
The same group that came out and said mammograms may not be necessary is now questioning a test used to diagnose prostate cancer. And at least one local doctor says, this is ridiculous.
