This week, First Lady Michelle Obama hosted military families and their children for a special holiday celebration. Always a hit, the two first dogs made an appearance and an impression on one very cute little girl.
With temperatures expected to be mostly in the middle and upper 30s, the wind is going to make it feel like it’s in the teens Thursday morning and the 20s by the afternoon.
High pressure will continue to build in overnight, bringing us mostly clear skies and cool temps with lows forecast in the mid 30s.
The past two days of sunny skies and pleasant conditions will continue due to high pressure.
The front came and went overnight with a little snow across the northern tier of the state, and some rain showers farther south.
While Friday is starting out fairly sunny and chilly, the afternoon will be quite mild. And as a cold front, which is currently bringing some shower activity to the eastern Great Lakes and Ohio early this morning, reaches the I-95 corridor this evening, there will at least be more in the way of clouds seen around here.
Temperatures Thursday afternoon will be no higher than the lower 50s. Thursday night, even though the sky may be partly cloudy early, the prevailing thoughts are that some low clouds will be returning to much of the coastal plain after midnight.
