We have quite the fun weather pattern here over the next several days.
The first official day of winter looks to be a mild one across the Northeast thanks to a large ridge just to the south of Bermuda.
Early today, a front pushing offshore in the Northeast will be ushering in some noticeably chillier air and a gusty wind. Temperatures on the Veterans Day should be no higher than the low-50s this afternoon, which is about 5-10 degrees lower than in recent days.
The front has moved off shore and will continue to shift eastward as high pressure builds into the Northeast.
The showers and thunderstorms that were fairly widespread yesterday/early last night have pretty much wrapped up now.
