Those who are fans of "The Wizard of Oz" are sure to enjoy this prequel. "Wicked" is the story of the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch. According to the website, this is "a benefit evening for Caroline Center, a workforce development organization providing under-served women in Baltimore with the opportunity for a tuition-free education and professional skills training that enables them to step away from poverty and into meaningful careers and better lives." The show will feature sing-a-long lyrics along with the well-beloved classic film so that everyone can join in the fun.

The dancing itself is sure to raise a few eyebrows as the audience learns, "Nobody puts Baby in a corner." Located in downtown Baltimore, the theater is now in its 52nd year and works to challenge the traditional concept of theatrical performances. With Kwame Kwei-Armah as artistic director, classical and contemporary productions are entertaining, thought-provoking and educational. Center Stage will feature the Eva Herzog Series, which will include "4000 Miles." This play chronicles the relationship between a grandmother and her grandson as the generations conflict and then begin to understand one another. The play will run from April 1 through May 24, 2015 with matinee performances available on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

This musical is the story of the life and music of the great Bob Marley. Directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah, the play chronicles Marley's life after his self-imposed exile from Jamaica. According to the website, "Marley tells the story of a man transformed into one of the 20th Century's greatest musical icons. Set in the soundscape of an era, this new musical weaves together the life and music of a man who, to heal himself, first healed his homeland".
