Best Places To See July 4 Fireworks In Maryland
Annapolis:
At 9:15 p.m., there will be fireworks on Farragut Field at the Naval Academy. That evening, there will also be a parade and concert. The rain date is July 5 (fireworks only).
Baltimore:
Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. at the Inner Harbor. This is a Ports America fireworks display, similar to the New Year's Eve fireworks every year. There will be live entertainment earlier in the day.
Boyds/Germantown:
Fireworks start at 9:30 at the Germantown Soccer complex. A concert begins at 7 p.m.
College Park:
Fireworks begin at 9 p.m. at Parking Lot 1, near the University Boulevard/Adelphi Road entrance. Entertainment begins at 7 p.m.
Columbia:
Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. at Lake Kittamaquandi. Entertainment begins at 5 p.m.
Gaithersburg:
The fireworks begin at dusk at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Gates open at 5 p.m. so you can get the best spot. Entertainment begins at 7 p.m.
Kensington:
Fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m. at Albert Einstein High School. Entertainment starts at 7:30 p.m.
Ocean City:
Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. at Northside Park. Entertainment begins at 8.
Poolesville:
Fireworks begin at 9 p.m. at the Poolesville Polo Grounds. Live music begins at 6 p.m.. Parking is $5.
Rockville:
At 9:30 p.m., there will be fireworks at the Rockville campus of Montgomery College. Entertainment begins at 7 p.m.
Takoma Park:
Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. at Takoma Park Middle School.
