Best Skate Parks In Maryland

Do you like to skateboard?  Here are some of the best places around Baltimore to ride.

Charm City Skate Park

The park is open every day except for Christmas.  It's open from 12:30-8:30 Monday-Saturday and from noon to six on Sunday.  If you arrive before 5 p.m., it's $10 and after 5, it's $5.

Cockeysville Skate Park

Galloway Avenue
Cockeysville, MD

Located by the fire station, Cockeysville Skate Park is 12,000 square feet and has jumps, rails and ramps.  It's open from 3:30 to sundown during the week and noon to sundown on weekends.

Hannah More Skate Park

12035 Reisterstown Road
Reisterstown, MD 21136

Hannah More is open from 3:30 p.m. to sundown during the week and from noon to sundown on weekends.  It's Baltimore County's newest park and was completed in 2006.  It's 12,800 square feet.

Sandy Hills Skate Park

3326 Bero Road
Halethorpe, MD 21227

Sandy Hills Skate Park was the first skate park in Baltimore County.  It features a large "skate bowl" but also has a street course.  It's open from 3 to sundown during the week and noon to sundown on weekends.

Southeast Area Skate Park

4021 North Point Boulevard
Dundalk, MD

It's open from 3 to sundown during the week and from noon to sundown on weekends.  Skaters are required to wear protective padding.
