Stouten’s Shaved Ice Snowballs

Stouten’s was voted the best place for snowballs for two years in a row and the best place for dessert four years in a row.  They offer 80 different snowball flavors, including 12 diet flavors.  They have ice cream, too. You can order that by itself or with a snowball.  In case you want more than dessert, they also sell hot dogs.

So cool that Hawaiian made it on this list. I grew up not far from there, and still live pretty close. I love that place. It’s a little pricey…but not horrible. Service is great, and they have a HUGE variety.

You left out the Eskimo Shack in Arbutus. On East Drive.

If you want a decent snowball, head down to southern maryland near Solomons Island and stop by Bishop’s Stand. She’s been in business for over 50 years. Nice, Sweet Lady.

Best snowballs in Maryland — must go to the Original Woodstock Snowball Stand, 1970 Woodstock Road. Been there for 30+ years, all homemade, great prices, beautiful location… definitely deserves to be in the top 3!!

Does anyone know where they buy the snowball machine and syrup? I am thinking about starting a business in the midwest.
