A viewer called in to alert us about Charm City Tattoo.  Run and solely operated by Jacki Randall, this tattoo parlor does custom work, plus touch-ups and repair work.  Her work is absolutely gorgeous and unique; if you're in need of a tattoo, this is a safe bet.  Tip: most of her work is done by appointment so you're advised to call ahead to secure a spot.  She works Tuesday-Saturday, 1-8 p.m.
