You missed one of the best !!!!! Gypsy’s Tea Room in Westminster was one of the first – long before some of these others – infact some mentioned in the article were customers at Gypsy’s to get ideas !!!!!!!!! Not just wonderful teas and light fare but a gift shop second to none !!!!!! Not sure who decided on your list but you missed one of the very best !!!!!!!!

Another one of the best that was missed is Mary Anne’s Theme Teas in Taneytown..lovely atmosphere, wonderful service and great food. The scones are the best I have ever had.
