Now that Memorial Day has passed, it's time to start soaking in the season. With BBQs every weekend, girls gallivanting around in white dresses and swamp ass destroying any chance you might've had with these girls, summer in the city can get rough... The one thing that can change this? Probably better shorts and a good AC… but other than that?

This weekend let Executive Chef Adam Dulye introduce you to a menu of small plates that will blow your mind. Combined with crafts from brewers like Surly, Lost Highway, Ninkasi, Cigar City and many more, you might even build up some liquid courage to approach one of those ladies in white.

Better yet, if you're looking for a solid date once you capture said ladies attention, go ahead and show off your brains at the educational salons. With topics like barrel-aging and hop selection, cooking with beer to learning about space beer, you're sure to knock her off her feet (though that might have more to due with how much she drank…)
