Instructor Who Shot Police Trainee During Training Exercise ID'd; Criminal Investigation Underway

The officer who shot a police trainee in the head during a training exercise has been identified, and state police are now conducting a criminal investigation. Mike Hellgren reports the identified officer is an 18-year veteran of the department.
