Mistrial On First-Degree Murder In Case Of Man Accused Of Killing 3 Young Relatives
A mistrial has been declared for the first-degree murder charge in the third trial for one of two men accused of a gruesome crime: the murders of three young children. Policarpio Espinoza Perez was found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, but not guilty of second-degree murder. Mike Hellgren has the latest in the case.
