Closing Santoni’s Market Blames Bottle Tax, Mayor Blames Recession
It's been an East Baltimore staple for more than 80 years. But now Santoni's grocery store is closing, and the owner is pointing the blame right at the city and its bottle tax. Monique Griego spoke with the store owner.
