AA Co.Hazmat: Both US-50 Lanes Reopen

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)-- Both eastbound and westbound lanes on US-50 have reopened after a hazmat situation in Anne Arundel County forced officials to close the roadway Sunday evening. 

 The Anne Arundel County Fire officials tells WJZ that a truck driver noticed a leak and pulled off the side of the road. The driver was overcome by fumes and taken to Shock Trauma.

The chemical may have been isophthaloyl chloride.

Officials have not yet confirmed the truck driver's condition.
