Man Charged In Shooting Of Md. Cab Driver

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- Salisbury police have charged a man with attempted murder in the shooting of a taxi cab driver.

Shamale Goslee, 20, of Salisbury was taken into custody this week after the shooting.

Police say the cab driver had picked up the two passengers Wednesday about 12:05 a.m. and drove them to Newport Terrace. One passenger got out of the cab and shot the driver with a handgun.

Both then fled on foot.

He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
