Home Energy Yardstick Can Track Energy Use

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― There's a new way to compare your energy use to other homes across the nation.

Mary Bubala reports you can head to the Energy Star website and find out your score with their Home Energy Yardstick.

You'll enter your last 12 months of utility bills and the square footage of your home.

You'll find out where you rate with your neighbors and those across the country.  You'll also get custom energy saving tips.
