FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — The city of Frederick has stopped semiannual curbside bulk trash collection.
Mayor Randy McClement says difficult decisions are necessary because of the budget deficit.
The city will offer a pickup service for a fee, and large appliances can be taken to the Frederick County Landfill and Recycling Center for free.
