Army Reservist From Md. Guilty In Child Porn Case

WASHINGTON (AP) -- An Army reservist from Hancock, Md., has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of distributing child pornography while he was deployed in Kuwait and Iraq.

The FBI says Christopher Medovich, 28, pleaded guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Washington to one count. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine at his sentencing on July 19.

Authorities say Medovich sent an undercover officer eight images of child porn starting last August.

They say a search of his home in Hancock turned up more images of child porn.
