WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) — A Carroll County Circuit judge has sentenced a New Windsor man to 12 years in prison for attacking his wife with a hammer.

Anthony Soligny, 35, was found guilty of attempted second-degree murder in the March 2, 2010 attack on his
wife at their home.

Judge Michael Galloway said on Tuesday that he would recommend that Soligny be placed in a state psychiatric facility.

A 12 year sentence will later be reduced to 4 and he will be released to do it again. They should have executed him for being a violent psycho, that way, his wife and women in general would be free of him forever.

    1. Listen to Yourself says:

It is that type of rational that led the psycho to use the hammer on her in the first place.

What is wrong with just hoping for justice in this case?

He is going to a psycho-ward; where he should go to get help. I hope he gets the help that he needs, and then writes a book about his experience in an effort to help others.
