Md. Man Sentenced For Hammer Attack On Wife
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- A Carroll County Circuit judge has sentenced a New Windsor man to 12 years in prison for attacking his wife with a hammer.
Anthony Soligny, 35, was found guilty of attempted second-degree murder in the March 2, 2010 attack on his
wife at their home.
Judge Michael Galloway said on Tuesday that he would recommend that Soligny be placed in a state psychiatric facility.
