Suspect Arrested In Delivery Man Murder
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police have arrested William Carr in connection with the murder of Korean businessman, Chong Wan Yim.
Detectives received numerous tips identifying William Carr as the shooter in the June 28th murder that took place in the 3900 block of Erdman Avenue. Carr was arrested at 9:30 Friday morning in the 2100 block of Brookfield Avenue.
William Carr has a lengthy criminal record and served a 20 year prison term for armed robbery, for which he was just released in 2010. He was to remain on probation until January of 2019.
