BALTIMORE (WJZ)–The former manager of the Padonia Park Pool and Day Care Center who is charged with multiple counts of child pornography could soon plead guilty.

Denise Koch has the latest update.

According to court documents, a plea agreement is scheduled in his case. Fred Rigger, 52, has four child pornography counts lodged against him, two felonies and two misdemeanors.

Sources tell Eyewitness News that no agreement has yet been signed, but his hearing to plead guilty is scheduled for next Wednesday.

A letter sent to the pool’s members states that Rigger is no longer an employee, he is not allowed on the property and his ownership interest in the vast complex near Mays Chapel is being terminated.
