Sheriff’s Cpl. Jennifer Bailey said Thursday David Knight, 26, is charged with second-degree arson and malicious burning of a shed in the 3800-block of Jefferson Pike on Aug. 9.

She says investigators have linked him to three similar fires in the area since March 19. Charges are pending in those cases.
