BLOG: Conn's Friday 6-Pack Week 3
Last week I was 4-2 and week 1 I was 3-3. I am 2-0 on my Conn-Crete lock of the week. Here ya go...
Conn-Crete Lock of the Week - Philadelphia -9 over The New York Giants. I believe I have started a trend with picking against a team and then picking them as a lock the following week. Love the Eagles in their home opener. Michael Vick is going to play and he will torch the weak secondary and linebacking core of the Giants.
2. I'm taking the Raiders +3.5 Vs the Jets. Love the Raiders in their home opener. Nick Mangold is out and i think this defensive line goes wild on Sanchez. Raiders cover the point spread and i believe they win outright.
3. Rams/Ravens under the total of 42.5... I love this play. I believe this is an ugly low scoring game. Rams defense is better than you think and the Ravens will stop the run.... Scary, close game that goes way under the total.
4.Great Value with Minnesota getting 3.5 from Detroit. I don't think the Lions should be giving up this many points on the road. Minnesota blew the game last week and i think they are fired up this week and cover the spread.
5. Jacksonville +3.5 over Carolina. I don't believe the Panthers should be favored over anyone. I realize that Cam Newton has thrown for over 400 yards the past 2 games, but i don't trust that Panthers defense. They have lost their 2 best linebackers for the season.
6. Lastly I like the Saints -4 over the Texans. I think the Saints offense can expose this defense of Houston. Drew Brees with a big game and they win by at least a T.D.
