TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County says three relocated speed cameras will become operational on Oct. 3.

The county says that for 30 days after each camera is activated, drivers exceeding the speed limit by at least 12 miles-per-hour will receive a warning. Tickets will be issued after the cameras have been activated for 30 days.

The speed cameras will only be in use Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Signs warning drivers about the cameras are scheduled to be installed by Friday.
