Hybrid & Electric Trucks On Display In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Hybrid and electric trucks will be on display this week in Baltimore.
The Hybrid, Electric, and High Efficiency Truck Users Forum will be held Monday through Wednesday at the Baltimore Convention Center.
The conference is designed to speed the production and use of electric and hybrid trucks in commercial and military applications. Organizers say improving the fuel efficiency of trucks is important because trucks comprise only 4 percent of all vehicles, but use 25 percent of all highway fuel.
