BLOG: Wet Wednesday

Good wet Wednesday morning everyone!

The storm we were talking about earlier this week has arrived. Rounds of rain will be heavy at times Wednesday with a couple of thunderstorms possible in the afternoon or evening. The winds are also going to pick up with this storm moving through. Winds could gust over 30 mph at times.

The rain and drizzle will wind down overnight but the winds will continue. They will actually turn around to the west, bringing in drier and cooler air. Although we could see a few showers Thursday, we will also see some sunshine with temperatures right around the average of 66 degrees.

The dry weather will stick around as we move into the weekend. Expect sunshine to only occasionally mix with clouds all of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. During this stretch, highs will top out in low 60s - back below average. Overnight lows will also dip down to a chilly level in the low 40s. Some areas will even drop into the 30s. Prepare for a very fall feeling weekend.

Have a great day everyone!
