Victim Found Inside Burning Home In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Authorities say a house fire in Southwest Baltimore has injured at least one person.
Reports say crews were called early Monday morning to the home in the 2600-block of Lehman Street, where they found fire and smoke on the first floor of the home.
Fire Chief Kevin Cartwright says firefighters found an unconscious person inside the home. The victim was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital. The person's condition and identity were not known.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
