Police say Bittner then forced the man into the victim’s car, got behind the wheel and crashed it on Interstate 68.

They say Bittner fled, leaving the victim to drive the disabled car to a Cumberland exit. He was found by a passer-by, bleeding and dressed only in his underwear and a T-shirt.
