Anne Arundel Co. Police Arrest Man Accused Of Spying On Women In Panera Restaurant
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- Anne Arundel County Police say they've caught the man who they say was spying on women at a Panera restaurant.
Police say Michael Villa took pictures of women using the bathroom at the Ritchie Highway restaurant.
He was arrested after workers recognized him going into the bathroom.
Villa is a registered sex offender.
