Man Charged In Non-Fatal Potomac Shooting
POTOMAC, Md. (AP) -- Police in Montgomery County have arrested a man in a shooting inside a Potomac home last week.
Police say DeAngelo Jackson, 19, of Poolesville has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault and several firearms charges.
Jackson is accused of showing up at a Potomac home on April 8 and shooting a 21-year-old man after pushing his way inside. The man was treated at a hospital and released.
A police spokeswoman says Jackson and the victim were known to each other, but she did not have more information.
Jackson has a preliminary hearing set for May 11.
