HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (AP) — Baltimore Gas and Electric has built an osprey nesting platform in Havre de Grace in hopes of keeping a pair of birds from resting on a utility pole.

The Baltimore Sun reports that a crew put up a platform over the weekend near the intersection of Route 40 and Revolution Street, near where the two ospreys have been trying to rebuild a nest. Crews had previously removed one from the top of a pole near a car dealership.
