SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) — Montgomery County officials say the cost of a Silver Spring transit hub has gone up again by about $11 million.

The project’s opening has been delayed repeatedly by changes in construction plans and a lack of sufficient funding, and it is now several years behind schedule.
