WEST OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) — Tanger Outlets is nearing completion of a $3 million cosmetic renovation project at the Ocean City Factory Outlets.
The changes include new roofs, a colorful paint job and wrapping support poles with ornate brick and siding. Tanger said in July that it was acquiring the West Ocean City outlets from The Cordish Company, based in Baltimore.
