Jerry Coleman: Ravens Welcome Rookies; Harbaugh On Suggs

The Ravens Concluded a 3 day mini camp for rookies -and undrafted free agents - The camp was NON contact & featured the team's 8 draft picks, plus a number of undrafted free agents and guys trying out . The team went through 7 on 7 drills and broke into positions during the 2 hour period open to the media . 105.7 The Fan was on the scene to provide the latest.

Former Alabama linebacker Courtney Upshaw stood above the rest . Upshaw, who was the Ravens top selection at the April draft, in the 2nd round, could be a potential fill-in for Terrell Suggs. Something Coach John Harbaugh addresses along with how the camp went without much preparation.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh was pleased with what he saw from all the rookies but understands they have a long way to go before being "NFL ready ", but thus far they have been "quick Studies".

Upshaw will compete with Paul Kruger, Sergio Kindle and Albert McClellan for the starting outside linebacker position.
