Anne Arundel Co. Recreation & Parks Employees Charged With Stealing Gas

MILLERSVILLE, Md. (WJZ)-- Anne Arundel County police have charged two Recreation and Parks employees for stealing county gas for use in their personal vehicles.

Detectives investigated reports of county gas usage and found that some employees used much more fuel than average and zeroed in on the suspects through interviews with several suspects.

Preston Walter Perry was charged with theft of less than $100 and Jodie Frank Harbert was charged with theft of less than $1,000 and theft scheme of less than $1,000.
