Elderly Woman Injured After Refusing To Give Money To Home Invader
COCKEYSVILLE, Md. (WJZ)— An elderly woman has been injured after refusing to give money to a home invader.
It happened 8:30 a.m. Monday in the unit block of Valley Crossing Circle in Cockeysville.
After walking her dog, an 80-year-old woman came home and found a strange woman inside her house.
Police say the suspect demanded money, and the homeowner refused to give it to her. The suspect pulled out a knife, and the woman still refused.
A scuffle ensued, and the elderly woman was injured and taken to a local hospital.
Baltimore County Police are investigating.
