HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Washington County authorities say a six-mile stretch of Interstate 70 west of Clear Spring is closed due to a tractor-trailer fire involving explosives.

Emergency management officials said shortly after 11 a.m. Friday that the closure involves all lanes in both directions.

The closure is between Clear Spring and Big Pool.
