Virgin Mobile FreeFest In Md. Announces Lineup

COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) -- Jack White, Nas and ZZ Top are just a few of the acts set to perform at this year's Virgin Mobile FreeFest in Maryland.

The festival on Oct. 6 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia will also feature Santigold, Ben Folds Five, Das Racist and Justin Jones, among others.

Tickets to the free event will be available at noon Aug. 24 on ticketfly.com. People who follow Virgin Mobile Live on Twitter will also see a link to participate in a private presale, which will be held on Aug. 23.

Virgin Mobile says tickets to last year's show were snagged within minutes. About 50,000 people attended the event.
