City Tax Official Impersonator Robs, Assault Elderly Victims

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police say a scam artist is becoming increasingly violent.

Detectives say he is targeting the elderly.

He impersonates a city tax official and says he is collecting outstanding payments.

Police say that's when the man robs his older victims and sometimes assaults them.
