CRUMPTON, Md. (AP) -- The Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Pennsylvania man they say sold counterfeit handbags at an auction site in Crumpton.

Kim Bok Yong, 60, of Villanova, Pa., is charged with two counts of selling counterfeit trademark goods valued in excess of $1,000. He was released on personal recognizance.

Deputies and Customs officials tell WBOC-TV they seized about 50 suspected counterfeit handbags Wednesday at Crumpton's weekly auction. Investigators also said they seized labels and tools, 47 unmarked handbags and a van.

Authorities put the value of the alleged counterfeit items at $24,700.
