Teens Arrested After Parkville Chemical Scare
PARKVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- Two teenagers are arrested in connection with a Hazmat situation in Baltimore County.
Crews evacuated houses on Ridgely Oak Road Monday night in Parkville for reports of a strange odor.
Police say 19-year-old Justin Trianfo and 18-year-old Karl Retti Jr. were mixing engine starting fluid with water into Mountain Dew bottles in the basement of a home.
Investigators believe they planned to sell it as an inhalant drug.
Both teens face drug charges.
No one was hurt by the chemicals.
