Ravens & Modell Family To Host Public Tribute To Art Modell On Saturday
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The Baltimore Ravens and the Modell family will hold a silent tribute to Art Modell at M&T Bank Stadium.
Art Modell's casket will be on the field and the viewing will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. The Lombardi Trophy given to Art Modell after the Ravens' Super Bowl XXXV victory will be placed next to the casket.
Free parking will be available at stadium Lots B and C. Fans can enter Gate A of the stadium through Unitas Plaza.
The Ravens recommend fans attending the tribute to wear purple in Art Modell's honor.
Former Ravens President and Art Modell's son David Modell will be available to receive condolences at the podium at the Under Armour Performance Center around 11:50 a.m. on Friday.
