Bay Bridge Reopens After Storm
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The Bay Bridge in Maryland has reopened after being closed for about 18 hours because of superstorm Sandy.
The Maryland Transportation Authority says the bridge reopened to traffic at 9 a.m.
All the major bridges and tunnels operated by the authority are open, although some remain under wind restrictions.
The Chesapeake House service area on Interstate 95 in Cecil County is without power and closed. But six gas pumps there are open.
