Second Teen Arrested In Teen's Shooting
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick police say they've made a second arrest related to the shooting of a teenage boy.
The 16-year-old victim was shot in the chest on Dec. 19 at a home on Hillcrest Drive. An acquaintance of the victim, 17-year-old Dylan Gray, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and other offenses.
Police say they later learned that another teen, Cory Nowalk, helped Gray get rid of the handgun. Police say Nowalk led officers to the weapon. Nowalk, 17, was charged as an adult Wednesday with accessory after the fact and a handgun offense.
