Woman Critically Hurt In Prince George's House Fire

TEMPLE HILLS, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County firefighters say a woman has been critically injured in a house fire in Temple Hills.

The fire was reported about 11 a.m. Thursday. Firefighters found flames showing from the one-story house.

Officials say the blaze was extinguished in 15 minutes and during a search a woman was found. Firefighters say she was not breathing and had no pulse.

Authorities say the woman is in critical condition at a local hospital.

Firefighters say the blaze started in a bedroom; the cause is under investigation. Damage is estimated at $75,000.
